How to Make
Chocolate Shortcrust Pastry
Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups (220g) flour
¼ cup (30g) cocoa powder
1 cup (225g) butter
½ cup (65g) powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
2–3 tbsp cold water
Instructions:
Combine flour, cocoa, and sugar. Rub in butter.
Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix into dough. Chill 30 min.
Roll out and line tart tins. Bake blind 15 min at 180°C (350°F).
Fill with chocolate ganache, mousse, or berries.
