Chocolate Danish Braids

How to Make Chocolate Danish Braids

Ingredients:

  • Danish pastry dough

  • 100g dark or milk chocolate (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Roll dough into rectangle. Cut strips down each side, leaving center intact.

  2. Place chopped chocolate mixed with butter in the center.

  3. Fold strips over alternately to form a braid.

  4. Brush with egg wash and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 20–25 min.

  5. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.
