Blueberry Cream Danish Rings
Ingredients:
Danish pastry dough
½ cup pastry cream (or vanilla pudding)
½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions:
Roll dough into long strips, twist and shape into small rings.
Place on baking sheet, press a dent in the center of each.
Fill dent with 1 tbsp pastry cream and a few blueberries.
Brush edges with egg wash. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 min.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
