Blueberry Cream Danish Rings

Ingredients:

  • Danish pastry dough

  • ½ cup pastry cream (or vanilla pudding)

  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. Roll dough into long strips, twist and shape into small rings.

  2. Place on baking sheet, press a dent in the center of each.

  3. Fill dent with 1 tbsp pastry cream and a few blueberries.

  4. Brush edges with egg wash. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15–18 min.

  5. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
