Cheese & Spinach Puff Pastry Swirls

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

  • 1 cup cooked spinach (squeezed dry)

  • ½ cup cream cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

  3. Roll out puff pastry and spread filling evenly.

  4. Roll up into a log, slice into 1-inch rounds.

  5. Place on a baking tray, brush with egg wash.

  6. Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
