How to Make
Cheese & Spinach Puff Pastry Swirls
Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)

1 cup cooked spinach (squeezed dry)

½ cup cream cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan

1 egg (for egg wash)

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.

Roll out puff pastry and spread filling evenly.

Roll up into a log, slice into 1-inch rounds.

Place on a baking tray, brush with egg wash.

Bake 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
