🫐 How to Make Blueberry

Cream Cheese Tartlets

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 ΒΌ cups flour

  • Β½ cup butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 egg yolk

For the filling:

  • 200g cream cheese

  • ΒΌ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the topping:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Bake tartlet shells and let cool.

  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon into shells.

  3. Heat blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until thick and jammy.

  4. Cool and spoon over cream cheese. Chill before serving.
