π« How to Make Chocolate Ganache Tart

For the crust:
1 ΒΌ cups flour
ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
Β½ cup butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp cold water
For the ganache:
200g dark chocolate (at least 60%)
ΒΎ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Make crust, chill, and bake. Cool completely.
Heat cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 min. Stir until smooth, add butter and salt.
Pour ganache into shell. Refrigerate for 1β2 hours until set.
Optional: top with berries, sea salt, or gold flakes.
