🍫 How to Make Chocolate Ganache Tart

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 ΒΌ cups flour

  • ΒΌ cup cocoa powder

  • Β½ cup butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tbsp cold water

For the ganache:

  • 200g dark chocolate (at least 60%)

  • ΒΎ cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Make crust, chill, and bake. Cool completely.

  2. Heat cream until hot but not boiling. Pour over chopped chocolate. Let sit 2 min. Stir until smooth, add butter and salt.

  3. Pour ganache into shell. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.

  4. Optional: top with berries, sea salt, or gold flakes.
