🍎 How to Make Rustic Apple Tart

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)

  • 2 apples (thinly sliced)

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 tbsp apricot jam (for glaze)

Instructions:

  1. Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle or circle. Place on parchment-lined tray.

  2. Arrange apple slices overlapping in rows.

  3. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

  4. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden.

  5. Warm jam and brush over apples. Serve warm or cold.
