🍎 How to Make Rustic Apple Tart
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
2 apples (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp apricot jam (for glaze)
Instructions:
Roll out puff pastry into a rectangle or circle. Place on parchment-lined tray.
Arrange apple slices overlapping in rows.
Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes until golden.
Warm jam and brush over apples. Serve warm or cold.
